Spick & Span Window Cleaning recently carried out an external window clean at a four-storey property in Petyt Place,
Chelsea (SW3). The house featured a roof terrace on the second floor at the rear, along with a large number of traditional Georgian sash windows.
Along the side elevation, the property had approximately 15 Georgian windows requiring cleaning, as well as a skylight. At the front of the house, there were a further nine Georgian sash windows and a Velux skylight. All windows across the property were of traditional Georgian design.
The entire clean was completed in approximately two hours by a two-person team, demonstrating the efficiency of our professional equipment and experienced approach.
Cleaning methods used
Windows on the front and side elevations were thoroughly cleaned using purified water, ensuring a spotless, streak-free finish. Windows on the roof terrace and basement level at the rear were cleaned using professional window cleaning detergent where appropriate.
Access to the rear of the property was coordinated with the housekeeper and on-site staff, who ensured all windows were securely closed and that the work could be completed smoothly and safely.
Due to the height of the building, the windows were cleaned using large telescopic poles and specialist brushes, allowing safe and effective access to all four storeys without the need for ladders.
