Spick & Span Window Cleaning were recently called out to clean the windows of a distinctive historic property on Walton Street, Chelsea (SW3). Originally built in the 19th century as a school and later used as a magistrates’ court, this unique building sits on the Chelsea–Knightsbridge border and requires careful, specialist attention.

The property features large traditional sash windows on the front and side elevations. Over time, several modern additions have been made, including a rear conservatory, glazed roof lights, a small glass pavilion, and a single-storey basement extension.

, though this was ultimately rejected by Kensington and Chelsea Council.
Careful, specialist cleaning

As part of the contract, all basement French doors were cleaned, including the frames. In addition, the pavilion and conservatory glass panels were thoroughly cleaned to restore clarity and maximise natural light.
The entire job was completed in approximately three hours, delivering a spotless, professional finish across all glazed surfaces.
