High-Level Window Cleaning at Dolphin Square, Pimlico SW1V

We recently completed a specialist high-level window cleaning project at Dolphin Square in Pimlico SW1V.
The development is one of London’s most well-known residential estates, located within the wider Westminster area.

Due to the height and scale of the building, many windows cannot be accessed safely using traditional ladder-based methods.

Access Challenges at Dolphin Square

Dolphin Square presents a number of challenges for window cleaning, including upper-floor access, internal courtyards, and large elevations that require consistent cleaning across multiple blocks.

The site also requires a discreet and efficient approach due to the number of residents and the continuous use of communal areas.

Our Cleaning Method

We used a combination of water-fed pole systems and purified water technology to safely clean windows at height without ladders or scaffolding.

This method allows us to reach up to approximately 57 feet, making it ideal for large residential buildings like Dolphin Square.

The use of purified water ensures a streak-free finish, with no residue left on the glass once dry.

Working Around Residents

As this is a fully occupied residential complex, careful planning was required to minimise disruption.
We worked methodically around access points and maintained a low-profile presence throughout the job.

Results

The windows were restored to a clear, bright finish, significantly improving natural light throughout the building.

Regular cleaning at properties of this size is essential due to central London pollution and exposure on upper floors.
