Spick & Span Window Cleaning were recently instructed by a personal assistant to carry out a full window clean at a three-bedroom duplex property in Cadogan Square, SW1. The booking was time-sensitive, as the property had just been acquired and was due to be rented to tenants within the week.

takes its name from the Earl of Cadogan and is widely regarded as one of London’s most prestigious and expensive residential addresses. Properties in this area demand a high standard of care and attention — something our team is well accustomed to.
This elegant red-brick period property was deceptively complex inside, with multiple passageways leading to rooms containing windows of various shapes, sizes, and access challenges. The main living area featured exceptionally tall windows — approximately five metres in height — while the lower floor (a basement level) contained three bedrooms.
Access to the master bedroom windows was initially restricted due to stored boxes, which our team carefully moved before beginning the internal cleaning. According to the PA, the personal cleaner had previously attempted to clean some of the internal glass but found it too difficult, leaving visible smears and streaks that needed professional correction.
All three bedrooms opened onto external courtyards, allowing easier access for outside cleaning. However, specialist window cleaning equipment was required to safely and effectively clean the tall internal windows and the first-floor windows externally.
